    Decide what you are looking for & schedule a phone call to get better acquainted. We like to get to know the couple before planning their big day and make sure you have all the information you need.

  • LET'S BOOK IT.

    Once we’ve talked, let’s book together for your big day! After booked, you have control over how often we chat. Usually we try to make a visit to the venue 3 weeks before the wedding date to get a better feel for the space.

  • LET'S GET MARRIED.

    Last and most importantly, the big day! Get married, party it up, and leave the stress, hiccups, and lists to us. We value the time spent leading up to the wedding day and want to see all your hard work pay off.

Coordination

WEDDING EVENT

LET’S. GET. REAL. The last thing we want to do as wedding planners is make your life harder. So let’s make this simple- here is a breakdown of everything we include in each package, and much more not listed:

  • Communications start as soon as you sign the contract! We are able to help/hop on a call as needed whenever you need it.

  • Confirms vendor arrival times week of the wedding.

  • Timeline management and timing of the ceremony.

  • Cutting the cake if necessary. Some caterers offer it for free or for a small fee.

  • Access to our Wedding Emergency Kit.

  • 1 hour for rehearsal or Rehearsal Checklist provided if the couple is doing the rehearsal on their own.

  • 1 team lead coordinator and 1 event assistant (if deemed necessary)

  • 1 Venue walkthrough/site visit

  • Unlimited phone calls meetings and unlimited email communications

  • Monthly check-in emails.

  • Vendor management on day of wedding

  • Management of guest flow throughout day: ceremony to cocktail hour to reception.

  • Transportation of flowers/decorations from ceremony and cocktail to reception.

  • Venue set up and tear down (if time allows in selected package)

  • Distribute final payments and tips on wedding day


GOLD PACKAGE

The perfect package for those that are wanting a flawless beginning and end of their wedding day. Everything within those 12 hours falls under our hats and we execute the timeline seamlessly

12 hours for wedding day coverage.

SILVER PACKAGE

Quickly becoming most popular, the “middle child” of the packages is never forgotten and is the happy medium for needing our team most of the day, but not all!

9 hours for wedding day coverage

BRONZE PACKAGE

Packing just as much power as the other 2 packages, the Bronze option does great for smaller weddings or partial coordination needs. (only set up/ceremony or reception/tear down)

Individual Services


EVENT SET-UP

All in-person packages include set-up and tear down. If you are not needing coordination, this would be the perfect option to make your day run smoothly. 2 workers are provided, 5 hours total, and this package is only available for weddings and events 1 hour out of Indianapolis.

Travel Fee

All weddings within one hour of Indianapolis do not have a travel fee. $1 per mile applies to any wedding outside of one hour from Indianapolis. Weddings in Northern Indiana travel 30 minutes outside of Rochester. $1 per mile applies to any wedding outside of one hour from Rochester.
