WEDDING COORDINATION

  • Yes! We love spending time with our couples, even if it's only for a few minutes over the phone.

  • Unfortunately we do not, but there are some great vendors that we have worked with under “Recommended Vendors”

  • Right now, our team travels one hour outside of Indianapolis free of charge. Anything outside of one hour is discussed with the client to determine whether lodging or additional fees are necessary. Stick around to see where we are expanding!

  • Additional hours are $125/hr. If all hours are not used, there are no reimbursements given after the wedding. If you aren’t sure you will need all the hours, we recommend starting small and upgrading to a larger package.

  • At all weddings I have worked and weddings I have attended, I can honestly say not one person has said “I regretted having a coordinator”. Most times, it’s hard to juggle so many contacts and responsibilities on the big day, and most don’t want to give those responsibilities to a family member or bridesmaid. Even if you do not hire a coordinator, I strongly urge having an outside person to handle issues on the day.

  • Venue coordinators are very helpful! But sometimes our roles are different and there are some limitations to your venue coordinator. This would be a question to ask your venue coordinator and evaluate what services they offer through the venue.
